Get the most from your membership! Here’s a checklist to help make sure you get all the benefits of being an associate of Neiman Marcus Group and a member of the credit union.
Benefits of Membership:
Online account access through Virtual Branch - Visit our homepage and select the ‘Enroll’ Option to use our online banking service. You’ll need your member number and the last four digits of your social to enroll.
Mobile App Account Access - Simply search for Neiman Marcus Credit Union in the iTunes App Store or in the Google Play store for our custom mobile credit union app. It’s FREE! And gives you access to your accounts 24 x 7, from anywhere you are!
Christmas Club Savings plan - To get started, once you establish your online account access in Virtual Branch, simply send us a secure message from your Virtual Branch message center and let us know how much you’d like to set aside each pay period. Withdrawal restrictions apply-ask for details.
eStatements - Once you log in to Virtual Branch, select the ‘Self Service’ tab and click on eStatements to enroll. You can avoid paper statement fees when using our checking accounts by enrolling as soon as you open your account.
E-Services - Discover all the convenience features available with your account by visiting our E-Services page. Our video tutorial links will give you an overview and show you how to use each of our new electronic services.
Loyalty Loans - You may already qualify for a Loyalty Loan! If you’ve been employed with The Neiman Marcus Group for 5 or more years, you qualify for a Loyalty Loan line of credit. Visit our Loans page for more information on how to get access to your line of credit!
